Job Qualifications
- Previous cooking experience in a fast paced restaurant
- at least 1 year experience as a supervisor/kitchen lead/manager
- written and verbal communication skills
- capability to manage inside expo
- teamwork and leadership abilities
Job Duties
- Prepare and follow recipes
- read tickets to determine what/when items need to be prepared
- clean the back of the house work stations to ensure sanitation and cleanliness
- work as a team with other back of the house staff
- enter inventory and food orders
- manage inside expo and communicate with the team to ensure order accuracy and ticket times
- communicate and train other team members
