Communication - written and verbal
prior management or leadership role in a kitchen
running inside expo
knowledge of order entry and inventory control
availability on weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

Previous cooking experience in a fast paced restaurant
at least 1 year experience as a supervisor/kitchen lead/manager
written and verbal communication skills
capability to manage inside expo
teamwork and leadership abilities

Job Duties

Prepare and follow recipes
read tickets to determine what/when items need to be prepared
clean the back of the house work stations to ensure sanitation and cleanliness
work as a team with other back of the house staff
enter inventory and food orders
manage inside expo and communicate with the team to ensure order accuracy and ticket times
communicate and train other team members
