Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience working in a fast-paced kitchen
- ability to lead a team effectively
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- knowledge of health and safety regulations
- flexibility to work varied shifts including nights and weekends

Job Duties
- Support the kitchen manager by overseeing kitchen operations and managing staff
- lead by example by working on the line and expediting orders
- ensure every plate that leaves the kitchen meets quality standards
- train and mentor new hires and keep the team motivated
- manage inventory and prep lists while problem-solving any issues
- maintain health and safety standards for a clean and safe kitchen
