Job Duties
- Lead daily kitchen operations and uphold goop Kitchen’s culinary standards
- train, coach, and develop a high-performing kitchen team
- ensure recipe adherence, portion control, and consistent execution
- maintain health department compliance, HACCP standards, and strict sanitation protocols
- manage food and labor costs with a systems-driven approach
- drive a culture of detect, fix, prevent and continuous improvement
- assist with ordering, invoices, weekly inventory and end of week financial reports
