Job Requirements

- At least 2 years of experience in kitchen management or a similar role
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations

Job Duties
- Coordinate daily Back of House operations and supervise food prep
- Execute recipes with precision and maintain quality standards
- Supervise and support catering events
- Monitor and develop kitchen staff and evaluate their performance
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Maintain fully-stocked kitchen inventory and control operational costs
- Prepare detailed reports on revenues and expenses
