Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in kitchen management or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of food safety regulations
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Capability to handle high-pressure situations
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Physical ability to be active during shifts

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Coordinate daily Back of House operations and supervise food prep
  • Execute recipes with precision and maintain quality standards
  • Supervise and support catering events
  • Monitor and develop kitchen staff and evaluate their performance
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
  • Maintain fully-stocked kitchen inventory and control operational costs
  • Prepare detailed reports on revenues and expenses
