Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Authorized to work within the United States
  • Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule, including nights and weekends
  • Proven track record as a certified trainer in back-of-house roles
  • Successful completion of required assessment testing
  • Prior leadership experience or restaurant management background is preferred

Job Duties

  • Uphold all Bloomin' Brands employment policies and professional standards
  • Coordinate kitchen setups for the opening shift to ensure a smooth start to the day
  • Manage team member schedules and oversee shift transitions
  • Implement and coach the team on essential security and safety protocols
  • Review the previous night's closing tasks to maintain consistency
  • Monitor daily inventory levels and prepare for incoming vendor deliveries
  • Strictly enforce shelf-life labeling and rotation policies
  • Verify equipment temperatures for freezers, refrigerators, and dish machines regularly
  • Master all menu flavor profiles and ensure the team follows recipe cards exactly
  • Supervise daily sanitation audits and maintain health inspection readiness
  • Oversee ticket flow and kitchen timing to guarantee excellent guest cook times
