  • prior kitchen or food service experience preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including peak times

Job Duties

  • Supervises and oversees the production of food
  • enforces compliance with employment policies
  • monitors tickets and sets the pace during peak hours
  • manages restaurant operations through hands-on supervision
  • conducts formal line Taste and Temp checks
  • ensures proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all items
  • manages inventory and tracks waste at the direction of Kitchen Manager
  • monitors and maintains cleanliness and proper maintenance of equipment
  • ensures consistency in food and service
  • practices safe food handling procedures
  • ensures staff follow recipes and procedures
  • creates a safe environment and develops back of house employees
  • maintains restaurant cleanliness and safety
  • fosters restaurant culture and upholds core values
