- Two years of kitchen experience
- Current Food Handler's Permit
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle conflict professionally
- Ability to interpret policies and procedures
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays

Job Duties
- Follow established departmental and store policies and procedures
- Ensure the quality and freshness of all kitchen products and services
- Maintain appropriate product assortment and inventory levels
- Confirm pricing accuracy and signage for all products
- Ensure the kitchen is cleaned and sanitized daily
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Order products and create production sheets based on sales data
- Participate actively in the Safety Committee
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and timely
- Set a professional and positive example
- Communicate openly with Store Director and Director of Kitchen Operations
- Maintain company standards for safety, sanitation, and productivity
- Teach, mentor, and educate associates
- Provide feedback and assess associate performance
- Write kitchen schedules to ensure coverage and labor goals
- Conduct quarterly inventory of kitchen products
