Job Duties
- Ensure smooth operation and high cleanliness standards in the kitchen
- Provide leadership and supervision to kitchen staff
- Manage and train staff for exceptional, timely, courteous, efficient, and accurate service
- Enforce proper sanitation standards and maintain cleanliness in all areas
- Support and cover for the Kitchen Manager during high volume or absence
- Step in to assist in all kitchen areas when necessary
- Promote a professional work environment with good communication and behavior
