Job Requirements

- minimum one year of leadership experience in food and beverage

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree specializing in hotel or restaurant management
- minimum one year of leadership experience in Food and Beverage, overseeing multiple outlets and departments
- working knowledge of division operations and Four Seasons cultural and core standards
- knowledge of food and beverage service, cost control, labor control, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting
- ability to operate computer systems including MICROS, Microsoft Office, OpenTable, labor management and payroll systems
- positive attitude and team approach
- ability to anticipate and prioritize guest needs
- energetic and professional approach
Job Duties
- Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline employees in the Room Service department
- plan daily activities for outlet operation
- provide visible leadership in operations
- handle guest complaints and special requests
- ensure quality of food items, ingredients, and preparation methods
- provide expert knowledge of wine and spirits
- control labor and operating expenses through scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, inventory, and cash control
- attend operational meetings to coordinate between departments
- inspect facilities and equipment, recommending improvements
- comply with company work rules and standards of conduct
- work harmoniously with co-workers and supervisors
- support other Food & Beverage outlets including restaurant, pool, and banquets
