Job Requirements

  • ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
  • valid driver's license
  • willingness and ability to travel for meetings and organizational needs

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management Business Administration or Psychology
  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
  • PHR SHRM-CP or THRP certification preferred
  • experience administering employee benefits and responding to employee inquiries
  • experience maintaining HR systems and employee records such as MIP
  • experience supporting HR operations reporting and compliance
  • experience coordinating onboarding orientation and training initiatives
  • ability to support employee relations and HR projects
  • experience supervising or guiding HR team members

Job Duties

  • managing full-cycle recruitment including sourcing screening and coordinating interviews
  • administering employee benefits programs and responding to employee inquiries
  • maintaining accurate employee records and processing employment changes
  • supporting onboarding processes and conducting employee orientations
  • assisting with HR operations reporting and departmental projects
  • overseeing HR functions in the absence of the Human Resources Director
  • supporting training development and employee engagement initiatives
  • assisting with compliance processes including drug testing and documentation
