Job Duties
- Assist the Housekeeping Manager in managing daily operations of the housekeeping department
- Conduct inspections to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet or exceed cleanliness standards
- Provide guidance and support to housekeeping staff
- Assist in training and development of housekeeping personnel
- Collaborate with other departments to address guest needs and maintain a positive environment
- Uphold a high level of attention to detail to ensure a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for guests
