Job Duties
- assist the Housekeeping Manager in managing daily operations of the housekeeping department
- conduct inspections to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet or exceed cleanliness standards
- provide guidance and support to housekeeping staff including training and development
- collaborate with other departments to address guest needs and maintain a positive environment
- uphold a high level of attention to detail to ensure a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for guests
