Job Duties

  • assist the Housekeeping Manager in managing daily operations of the housekeeping department
  • conduct inspections to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet or exceed cleanliness standards
  • provide guidance and support to housekeeping staff including training and development
  • collaborate with other departments to address guest needs and maintain a positive environment
  • uphold a high level of attention to detail to ensure a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for guests
