Job Requirements
- Work authorization in the United States required
- Ability to manage and lead a housekeeping team
- Experience in luxury hotel housekeeping preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent time management skills

Job Duties
- Manage a shift of housekeeping staff to ensure guest rooms and public areas are cleaned to standards
- Manage team of Room Attendants and House Attendants responsible for cleaning and upkeep
- Interview, train and schedule housekeeping staff
- Conduct performance evaluations and discipline staff when necessary
- Monitor daily progress and inspect completed rooms to assure standards
- Coordinate work orders and follow up to ensure completion
- Assure sufficient supplies on guest floors and check cleanliness of corridors, stairwells, elevators, and linen closets
