Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Business or hotel related degree desired
- Three to five years previous supervisory or management experience in a hotel environment preferred
- Two to three years previous customer service experience with emphasis in hospitality industry required
- Excellent oral, written and communication skills
- Ability to work well with co-workers and as a team
- PC literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work any day of the week and any shift
- Present a well-groomed appearance
- Ability to maneuver in front desk and hotel areas including parking garage and baggage room
- Ability to respond calmly to guest and employee conflicts
- Ability to speak, write and understand English
- Ability to stoop, bend, lift up to 80 pounds, and push rolling carts up to 200 pounds
- Valid Louisiana Drivers License
- Manual dexterity for typing, grabbing, gripping, pulling, holding, tearing, sorting, reaching and filing paperwork
- Ability to respond to visual and aural cues
- Ability to operate computers, safe lock key machine, speed printer, fax machine, telephones and photocopy machine
- Ability to perform physical and mental duties of front desk personnel, valet parking attendant, bell person, bell captain and door person
- Ability to recognize and respond to individuals with questions
- Tolerance for second-hand smoke, car exhaust, dust, and bright lights
- Ability to tolerate temperatures below 10 degrees and above 95 degrees

Job Duties
- Manage day-to-day operations of Front Services including Front Desk, Bell Desk, Door, Concierge, Butlers, and Valet
- Ensure high-quality service standards in the Front Desk and Front Services areas
- Schedule employees to maintain guest service and control labor costs and departmental expenses
- Supervise employees by maintaining employee/employer relations, recognizing achievement, evaluating performance, and administering discipline
- Provide positive and corrective feedback to employees
- Handle special projects and additional assigned duties
- Adhere to attendance guidelines and company policies
- Demonstrate Caesars' Spotlight 5 behaviors consistently
