Ideal candidates possess prior hospitality experience within sectors such as parking, restaurants, or hotels, along with supervisory or management experience in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and effective communication skills are essential. Physical requirements include the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds. LAZ Parking supports its workforce with comprehensive benefits, including health coaching, employee assistance programs, employer-matched 401(k), and more, reaffirming its commitment to employee welfare.
