The Assistant Guest Experience & Events Manager role at The Atlas Hotel represents an exciting chance to join a dynamic team at the ground floor of this groundbreaking hotel. Working under the Guest Experience Manager, this professional will play a vital role in delivering seamless and personalized guest service throughout every stage of the guest journey. This role is instrumental in ensuring the success of banquet events while maintaining profitability and high standards of service and product quality.
Responsibilities include close collaboration with multiple departments such as Sales, Housekeeping, and Front Office to maintain a superior guest experience. This position demands a proactive approach to resolving guest requests and concerns, maintaining impeccable public and back-of-house areas, and ensuring that VIP guests receive the highest level of attention and care. The role also encompasses overseeing mini bar operations, banquet event execution, staff supervision, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Success in this role requires a balance of strong organizational skills, guest-oriented service excellence, and operational leadership. Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
- High school diploma preferred
- Previous supervisory responsibility preferred
- Knowledge of service standards and different service types
- Knowledge of food and beverage preparation techniques and liquor laws
- Experience handling VIP services or guest engagement preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internal hotel systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and stand for entire shift
- Must be available for flexible hours, including holidays and weekends
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Attend all required meetings and trainings
- Maintain regular attendance
- Maintain high standard of personal appearance and grooming
- Comply with hotel standards and regulations
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Able to cross-train in other areas
- Detail-oriented
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Be attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous to all guests, managers, and employees
- Work closely with other departments to maintain exceptional guest experience
- Ensure consistency with departmental opening and closing procedures
- Attend pre-shift meetings and communicate pass-on information
