The Atlas Hotel in Boston is an exciting new entry to the hospitality scene, aiming to blend local connection with global inspiration and combine hospitality with thought leadership. As Boston’s first-of-its-kind hotel, The Atlas is built around crafting unique guest experiences where research, hospitality, and inspiration intersect each day. This visionary approach creates a dynamic atmosphere focused on innovation, comfort, and outstanding personalized service. The hotel is now looking to hire an Assistant Guest Experience & Events Manager to join its team at the ground floor level.
The Assistant Guest Experience & Events Manager will play a critical role in supporting the Guest Experience Manager to deliver exceptional service throughout the entire guest journey. This position is responsible for overseeing banquet events, ensuring high service standards, managing VIP amenities, and maintaining overall guest satisfaction. The manager will work closely with multiple departments—including Sales, Housekeeping, and Front Office—to guarantee that seamless communication and exceptional guest care are upheld across all touchpoints.
The role requires attentiveness, professionalism, and strong organizational skills to handle multiple responsibilities, such as coordinating VIP services, overseeing minibar restocking and cleanliness, supporting banquet operations, and managing guest requests promptly and courteously. The Assistant Guest Experience & Events Manager will also supervise banquet personnel, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, coordinate food and beverage services, and assist with staff training to maintain quality standards.
This position demands an individual who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and can effectively communicate with all levels of hotel staff and guests. Flexibility is key, as the role may require working long or irregular hours, including holidays and weekends, aligned with the hotel’s operational needs. The Assistant Guest Experience & Events Manager must also be physically capable of handling duties that may involve lifting, standing for extended periods, and carrying out tasks requiring attention to detail and discretion.
By joining the Highgate team at The Atlas Hotel, candidates will be part of a forward-thinking company dedicated to innovation in hospitality and guest satisfaction. This full-time, yearly compensated opportunity is perfect for hospitality professionals eager to contribute to a brand-new, inspiring hotel environment where every day offers new challenges and rewarding experiences.
