Job Requirements
- Must have McDonald’s experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Willingness to lead teams by example
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of customer service and food safety
Job Qualifications
- McDonald’s experience even if not in management
- Prior managerial experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail or hospitality
- Positive team player with flexible schedule
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- 18 years or older to be eligible for management role
Job Duties
- Lead shifts ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service
- Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
- Set departmental goals, delegate tasks, and follow up on results
- Oversee Guest Service department ensuring excellent customer experience and sales promotions
- Ensure Kitchen department delivers quality food rapidly, controls food costs, and trains kitchen staff
- Manage People department responsibilities including hiring, training, scheduling, and motivating crew
- Communicate reports and results with teams and other managers
