Job Requirements

  • Must have McDonald’s experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Willingness to lead teams by example
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of customer service and food safety

Job Qualifications

  • McDonald’s experience even if not in management
  • Prior managerial experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail or hospitality
  • Positive team player with flexible schedule
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • 18 years or older to be eligible for management role

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service
  • Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
  • Set departmental goals, delegate tasks, and follow up on results
  • Oversee Guest Service department ensuring excellent customer experience and sales promotions
  • Ensure Kitchen department delivers quality food rapidly, controls food costs, and trains kitchen staff
  • Manage People department responsibilities including hiring, training, scheduling, and motivating crew
  • Communicate reports and results with teams and other managers
