Job Requirements

  • A positive, can-do attitude required
  • bachelor's degree in hospitality, business or related field preferred
  • minimum of one-year supervisory experience
  • hotel specific experience preferred
  • ability to travel up to 75 percent

Job Duties

  • Assist and support hotel properties and staff in assigned region
  • provide expert leadership across all hotel departments

  • lead and coach team members across multiple properties
  • role model quality assurance best practices
  • deliver on key business measures of service, cost and labor controls
