Job Requirements
- A positive, can-do attitude required
- bachelor's degree in hospitality, business or related field preferred
- minimum of one-year supervisory experience
- hotel specific experience preferred
- ability to travel up to 75 percent

Job Duties
- Assist and support hotel properties and staff in assigned region
- provide expert leadership across all hotel departments
- train, develop and coach team members
- cultivate exceptional guest service by hiring the right team members
- lead and coach team members across multiple properties
- role model quality assurance best practices
- deliver on key business measures of service, cost and labor controls
- handle challenging situations with critical thinking, proactively resolve issues
- foster continuous improvement environment
