Job Requirements

  • Positive, can-do attitude required
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business or related field preferred
  • Minimum of one-year of supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership success
  • Hotel specific experience preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 75 percent

Job Duties

  • Assist and support hotel properties and staff in assigned region
  • Provide expert leadership across all departments of the hotel
  • Train, develop and coach team members to achieve success
  • Cultivate an environment of exceptional guest service by establishing high service standards
  • Lead and develop team members across multiple properties
  • Role model quality assurance best practices and meet or exceed quality assurance measurables
  • Deliver on key business measures of service, cost and labor controls and team engagement
  • Use critical thinking to handle challenging situations, proactively resolve issues and drive continuous improvement
