You will champion a culture of continuous feedback, enforcing performance development policies, and coaching team members toward growth and career advancement. Participation in a Manager on Duty program will further ensure that leadership presence is consistent and visible, enhancing team morale and guest experiences.

This role also requires facilitating mandatory training sessions and meetings with timely completion to keep standards at the forefront of all team members’ responsibilities. The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of two years in hotel management, backed by a high school diploma (college degree preferred), a track record of progressive hospitality industry experience, and strong communication skills in English. Financial literacy, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control, is essential, alongside proven leadership capabilities that drive exemplary guest experiences and effective team development. Proficiency in computer applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint completes the skillset for this opportunity.

In return for your dedication and expertise, 5 Senses Hospitality offers a comprehensive benefits package including competitive medical, dental, and vision plans, bonus opportunities, daily pay options facilitated by RAIN, wellness and commuter stipends, vacation and paid sick time, paid holidays, free nights at our hotels, and monthly events recognizing employee achievements. At 5 Senses, your career development is supported through structured programs designed to help you grow within the company. Our commitment to equal employment opportunity means we value diversity and inclusion at every level of our organization, fostering a safe and respectful workplace free from discrimination or harassment.
