We are currently looking for a motivated and talented Assistant General Manager to join our team. This role is a critical leadership position within our restaurant, working closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The Assistant General Manager will be responsible for maintaining high service standards, training and developing staff, and fostering an energetic and positive team environment. This position requires a proactive individual who can lead by example, manage operational challenges effectively, and contribute to maintaining the high quality and consistency that our customers expect from Supreme Dumplings.

As Assistant General Manager, you will be involved in various key activities such as greeting guests with professionalism and warmth, managing food quality, controlling food costs, supervising schedules, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. You will also play a vital role in coordinating team training and development using hands-on guidance and digital learning systems, addressing operational issues promptly, and ensuring daily quality checks are conducted to maintain consistency. Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, food service, or a related field
  • high school diploma or GED
  • proficiency in spoken and written English
  • valid food handler's permit or willingness to obtain one
  • alcohol server permit preferred
  • strong attention to customer needs and detail-oriented service
  • excellent verbal communication and leadership skills
  • ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
  • strong training, coaching, and team development skills
  • solid organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • comfortable working in variable temperatures and around chemicals, smoke, or airborne particles

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
