Job Requirements
- 3 years of restaurant management experience
- Obtain and maintain Serv Safe Food Manager's Certification within six months of hire or promotion
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs and perform essential functions such as standing bending reaching gripping climbing on a ladder and walking long distances
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in varying temperature environments
- A combination of practical experience and education considered as an alternative
- Must agree to work various shifts including day night and weekends

Job Qualifications
- 3-5 years of restaurant management experience
- Obtain and maintain Serv Safe Food Manager's Certification within six months of hire or promotion
- Proficient in food planning and preparation purchasing sanitation security company policies and procedures personnel management recordkeeping and preparation of reports
- Proficiency in reading writing Microsoft Office and mathematics
- Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 team-oriented environment
Job Duties
- Maintain a professional restaurant image including cleanliness food quality and presentation standards and grooming standards
- Be a visible presence available to team members guests and airport partners
- Monitor team performance and operational systems making adjustments as necessary
- Ensure positive guest service in all areas and resolve complaints concerning food quality and service within 24 hours
- Drive top line sales and profitability
- Adapt to fast-moving and changing circumstances using problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
- Promote an engaged workforce career development and learning among team members
