Job Requirements

  • 3 years of restaurant management experience
  • Obtain and maintain Serv Safe Food Manager's Certification within six months of hire or promotion
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs and perform essential functions such as standing bending reaching gripping climbing on a ladder and walking long distances
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work in varying temperature environments
  • A combination of practical experience and education considered as an alternative
  • Must agree to work various shifts including day night and weekends
  • Open availability
  • In person work location

Job Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of restaurant management experience
  • Obtain and maintain Serv Safe Food Manager's Certification within six months of hire or promotion
  • Proficient in food planning and preparation purchasing sanitation security company policies and procedures personnel management recordkeeping and preparation of reports
  • Proficiency in reading writing Microsoft Office and mathematics
  • Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 team-oriented environment

Job Duties

  • Maintain a professional restaurant image including cleanliness food quality and presentation standards and grooming standards
  • Be a visible presence available to team members guests and airport partners
  • Monitor team performance and operational systems making adjustments as necessary
  • Ensure positive guest service in all areas and resolve complaints concerning food quality and service within 24 hours
  • Drive top line sales and profitability
  • Adapt to fast-moving and changing circumstances using problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
  • Promote an engaged workforce career development and learning among team members
