Job Requirements
- Degree in management, food and beverage, hospitality or related field
- 2 plus years of leadership experience in food and beverage operations or high volume concessions
- experience in stadiums or special events strongly preferred
- must live near or be willing to relocate to Winston Salem, NC

Job Duties
- Overseeing and effectively managing day-to-day duties to ensure that each event is executed flawlessly from start to finish
- supervising football, basketball, and other athletic and special events concessions
- maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy environment by enforcing sanitation and food safety standards
- managing and developing the leadership team with a focus on growth and mentorship
- assisting with the hiring and onboarding process for new employees
- organizing communication and meetings with sales, operations, concessions, and culinary teams for event preparation
- managing vendor relations to ensure successful service and operations
- setting standards for staff including uniform expectations and customer service policies
- assisting with ordering, logistics, and warehouse inventory management
- leading scheduled teams during events and attending events to oversee execution
- enhancing department reputation by exploring ways to add value and meet new requests
- performing other related duties as necessary
