Job Requirements
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred
- Minimum of three years of supervisory experience with leadership success
- Hotel-specific experience strongly preferred
- Ability to travel up to 25 to 50 percent

Job Duties
- Assist and support hotel properties and staff in assigned region
- Provide expert leadership across all hotel departments
- Train, develop, and coach team members to achieve success
- Cultivate an environment of exceptional guest service by hiring right team members
- Lead and develop team members across multiple hotel properties
- Role model quality assurance best practices and exceed quality assurance visit metrics
- Deliver on key business measures including service, cost, labor controls, and team engagement
- Use critical thinking to handle challenging situations and proactively resolve issues
- Demonstrate dedication to continuous improvement
