Job Duties
- Provide expert leadership across all departments with a focus on housekeeping and laundry
- lead housekeeping team to achieve quality, cleanliness, and Drury standards
- deliver on key business metrics of quality, service, profitability, and team
- role model quality assurance best practices daily
- train, develop, and coach team members to achieve success
- exceed company quality expectations
- collaborate with maintenance team to ensure facility standards
