Job Requirements

- minimum of 3 years experience in hospitality or hotel management
- ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- basic computer literacy
- willingness to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor

Job Duties
- assist the general manager in overseeing day-to-day hotel operations
- supervise staff and provide leadership in the general manager's absence
- ensure an exceptional guest experience by addressing concerns and maintaining service quality
- help manage hotel budget and quality standards
- coordinate with different hotel departments to streamline operations
- support staff development and training
- uphold Hilton brand standards and company policies
