Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 2 years of prior relevant experience
  • Prior restaurant management experience preferred within a multi outlet, high-volume/quick service restaurant (QSR) operations and/or concessions setting

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage daily operations, labor scheduling, and financial performance across multiple outlets
  • Inspire, train, and develop a service-focused team, supporting a culture of excellence and inclusion
  • Partner with the General Manager to execute strategic goals, deliver performance feedback for staff and ensure that guest service standards are being met
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards
  • Collaborate with culinary teams to deliver seamless service and memorable dining experiences
  • Act as a key point of contact for guest interactions, managing service recovery and continuous improvement
