We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join us as a Property Manager with specific responsibilities in both Accounting and Front Office Management. This leadership role involves coordinating, administering, directing, and managing all property activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations. The Property Manager will work closely with the General Manager to guarantee strict adherence to hotel and company policies and procedures. This role requires a hands-on approach in overseeing the Front Office Manager, ensuring that guest services meet the highest standards and that accuracy is maintained in every aspect of front office operations.

In addition to front office oversight, the Property Manager will be responsible for coordinating with Corporate Accounting to ensure the completion of all accounting functions following management company policies and procedures. This position demands a unique blend of strong interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and leadership qualities to effectively manage teams and enhance the overall guest experience. The ideal candidate will have considerable experience in front office and accounting management, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in PMS systems along with manual front desk procedures. Job Requirements

  • Able to communicate accurately and effectively in verbal and written form with guests and associates
