Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • Minimum of 1 year of restaurant supervisory experience
  • Must be able to lift approximately 50 lbs
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Passion for the business and people
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment

Job Duties

  • Support the General Manager in driving restaurant sales and profit growth
  • Develop, motivate, and manage team members to ensure high performance and excellent customer service
  • Recruit and train new employees to build a strong and capable team
  • Maintain high standards of operational excellence, including safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction
  • Handle day-to-day restaurant operations, including inventory management and scheduling
  • Create a fun and positive work environment even in fast-paced and stressful settings
  • Assist in creating and implementing business strategies to meet restaurant goals
