Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Minimum of 1 year of restaurant supervisory experience
- Must be able to lift approximately 50 lbs
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for the business and people
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment

Job Duties
- Support the General Manager in driving restaurant sales and profit growth
- Develop, motivate, and manage team members to ensure high performance and excellent customer service
- Recruit and train new employees to build a strong and capable team
- Maintain high standards of operational excellence, including safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction
- Handle day-to-day restaurant operations, including inventory management and scheduling
- Create a fun and positive work environment even in fast-paced and stressful settings
- Assist in creating and implementing business strategies to meet restaurant goals
