Candidates will bring a minimum of three years of experience in dining room management, service, and sanitation, with allowance for up to one year of dietetics experience as a substitute. A current Serv-Safe certification or equivalent state certification is required. Avery Point and Erickson Senior Living are committed to equal opportunity employment practices, providing a workplace free from discrimination and harassment. This dedication to fairness and equity ensures an inclusive environment where every team member can thrive. Employees benefit from education assistance, certification reimbursement, and access to a vast online learning library of over 6,000 courses, supporting continuous professional development and career advancement. Moreover, the company supports wellness with medical centers on-site, telemedicine options, wellness reimbursements, and generous PTO plans including volunteer hours.
