Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- possess a valid driver license and maintain proper insurance
- ability to read, write, and speak English
- able to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- willingness to work in environments with temperature extremes
- must demonstrate team building skills
- able to use initiative and problem solve
- ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- must be dependable and adaptable
- maintain 100% attendance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years experience in a team or shift leader role in restaurant, retail, or convenience store
- knowledge of employment law and human resource practices
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to lead and motivate teams
- strong organizational and time management abilities
- basic computer knowledge
- food handler's permit required
- ability to handle difficult customer service situations
- positive attitude
- strong work ethic
- bilingual Spanish skills a plus
Job Duties
- Analyze business performance and implement corrective actions when necessary
- utilize labor effectively to meet budgets while maintaining quality standards
- execute company-wide marketing programs
- ensure compliance with legal and company policies
- uphold food safety and sanitation standards
- transport cash deposits securely
- ensure total customer satisfaction and address customer concerns promptly
- lead by example in performing Barista and other duties
- supervise and direct daily crew activities
- train, coach, and provide performance feedback
- make employment decisions including hiring and discipline
- prepare staff schedules
- evaluate employee performance and hold them accountable
- communicate team goals and motivate employees
- maintain 100% attendance
- promote company values such as compassion, communication, and collaboration
- perform any other assigned duties
