We are currently seeking a seasoned Assistant General Manager to join our vibrant team. The Assistant General Manager is responsible for supervising staff, including Hosts who interact directly with the dogs, managing the well-being of all canine guests through regular wellness checks and medication administration, and handling client communication with professionalism and warmth. The ideal individual will excel in fostering a positive workplace culture while also being hands-on in addressing any dog behavior or health concerns that may arise.
