Job Requirements
- high integrity trustworthy and dependable
- excellent customer service and people skills with an exceptional ability to retain information and initiate follow-ups as needed
- strong organizational skills
- goal-oriented and seeking a long-term career in petcare
- must be comfortable working around dogs of all sizes and breeds prior experience in the pet services industry is a plus but not required
- ability to lift up to 50lbs and work on your feet
- available to work nights weekends and holidays we are open 365 days a year
- reliable transportation

Job Duties
- report to and serve as an extension of our general manager ensuring the business runs smoothly and our high standards are met
- supervise our hosts and engage with dogs during group play
- feed and administer medication to dogs
- perform general wellness checks throughout the day and if necessary resolve dog behavior and/or health issues
- manage and provide excellent communication to our customers before during and after their dog's stay
- oversee and maintain a clean and hygienic work environment
