CRISP & GREEN is currently seeking an enthusiastic and highly skilled Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join its dedicated team. As the Assistant General Manager at CRISP & GREEN, you will hold a dynamic position that bridges front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities including shift leadership, team coaching, operational compliance, and financial stewardship. Your role involves acting as the face of the brand during shifts, representing CRISP & GREEN’s core values such as wellness, integrity, and hospitality. A typical day for the AGM involves handling multiple priorities such as managing staff schedules, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, conducting inventory checks, and managing cash handling procedures. You will also work closely with the General Manager to monitor cost controls, labor, and profit and loss (P&L) factors. By identifying and addressing operational gaps during shifts, you help maintain high standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Job Requirements
- 1-2 years previous management or supervisory experience
- 3 years customer service experience
- passion for living a healthy life
- able to lift 50lbs
- able to stand for long periods of time and work in fast-pace environment
- full-time availability with a flexible schedule
- able to work at least 50 hours per week
- management experience in the restaurant industry preferred
- reliable transportation preferred

Job Duties
- Lead shifts and serve as manager on duty
- coach and develop team leads and certified team leads
- assist with hiring, training, and performance feedback
- ensure adherence to all food safety, cleanliness, and service standards
- execute opening and closing procedures, inventory control, and cash handling
- identify operational gaps and resolve issues on shift
- support GM with labor scheduling and cost control
- monitor shift-level profit and loss drivers such as food waste and overtime
- resolve guest issues with ownership and professionalism
- foster a culture of hospitality and accountability
- lead by example modeling wellness, integrity, and hospitality
