As an Assistant General Manager (AGM) at CRISP & GREEN, you will play a critical role in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that every guest encounter embodies the company's commitment to quality and service. You will be responsible for leading both the front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) teams, coaching and mentoring team leads, and maintaining operational excellence across all facets of the restaurant. This role involves hands-on leadership during shifts where you serve as the Manager on Duty, taking charge of the shift and ensuring smooth operations. You will be instrumental in enforcing food safety standards, cleanliness protocols, and service guidelines to maintain CRISP & GREEN’s reputation for outstanding hospitality.

The AGM will also support the General Manager with critical financial stewardship tasks such as labor scheduling, cost control, and monitoring key performance indicators like food waste and overtime. You will be tasked with resolving guest issues promptly and professionally, fostering a welcoming and accountability-driven environment that encourages team collaboration and positive morale. The Assistant General Manager position is designed as a stepping stone for individuals who aspire to take on greater leadership responsibilities within CRISP & GREEN, with a clear pathway to potentially manage their own store in the future.

This full-time position requires flexibility, with the ability to work at least 50 hours per week in a fast-paced environment that demands physical stamina, including standing for prolonged periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.   • 3 years customer service experience

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts and serve as Manager on Duty
  • coach and develop Team Leads and Certified Team Leads
  • assist with hiring, training, and performance feedback
  • ensure adherence to all food safety, cleanliness, and service standards
  • execute opening/closing procedures, inventory control, and cash handling
  • identify operational gaps and resolve issues on shift

  • monitor shift-level P&L drivers such as food waste and overtime
