Job Requirements
- completion of high school education or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years restaurant or retail management experience
- valid driver’s license
- ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
- satisfactory background check
- completion of Buffalo Wild Wings Management Certification program
- successful management experience in all key restaurant departments
- strong organizational and communication skills
- motivation to create fun and exciting environment
Job Qualifications
- high school education or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years restaurant or retail management experience
- experience managing a restaurant with a full bar preferred
- completion of Buffalo Wild Wings Management Certification program
- proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast paced environment
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- professional written and verbal communication skills
- demonstrated capability to create engaging and fun environment
- skilled in basic mathematical computations
- experience managing each department including greeter/cashier, hospitality, bar and HOH for minimum three periods each
Job Duties
- assist general manager with overall restaurant staffing planning
- assist other managers with hiring decisions for all departments
- conduct informed and focused weekly manager meetings in partnership with the general manager
- create, develop and implement incentive programs and contests with department managers
- motivate team members to participate in company promotions
- provide regular performance feedback and timely appraisals to managers and team members
- coach other managers on performance management practices
- assist with ongoing performance management and development of department managers
- identify techniques to attract new guests
- manage the restaurant’s guest comment and complaint program
- ensure adherence to new food product rollouts and company standards
- communicate areas of opportunity to department managers
- teach and coach team on quality, service, cleanliness and inventory management
- analyze restaurant performance metrics and develop action plans
- conduct administrative manager functions including inventory and invoices
- monitor and manage repair and preventative maintenance programs
- hold department managers accountable for cost control
- maintain proper inventory levels
- facilitate departmental meetings and communications
- establish sales projections and budgets
- understand and act on P&L statements
- assist in creation and development of annual restaurant budget
- teach department managers to meet profit goals and troubleshoot issues
- complete other assigned duties as required
