Job Requirements
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and computer skills
- Passion for guest service and collaborative work environment
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting
- Available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- College degree or 4 years related experience/training or equivalent
- Excellent English communication skills
- Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence
- Mathematical skills including applying fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions
- Physical ability to stand, walk, twist, bend, sit and occasionally lift 20 pounds
- Ability to work indoors with variable noise levels
- Adherence to brand standards and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- College degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent English speaking, reading, and writing skills
- Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
- Strong leadership and analytical skills

Job Duties
- Assign duties to staff and observe performance to ensure adherence to hotel policies and operating procedures
- Hire, train, develop, empower, coach, and counsel employees
- Conduct performance and salary reviews, resolve problems, and provide communication
- Maintain accurate records of financial statements, accounts receivable and payables, and weekly and monthly reporting
- Assist in developing and managing annual budgets, business and marketing plans, forecasts, and objectives
- Conduct or assist in staff meetings and all associate meetings
- Oversee all hotel departments and ensure compliance with franchise and company procedures
- Resolve guest complaints and employee issues
- Perform General Manager duties in their absence
- Cover shifts across all departments as scheduled
- Assist with sales and marketing efforts
- Answer inquiries related to hotel policies and services
- Lead and maintain the hotel safety program
- Serve as a resource on front desk systems and booking platforms
- Step in for front office roles to support operations
- Support front office team training, scheduling, and performance
- Oversee food and beverage operations including breakfast and bar
- Manage menus, inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships
- Lead and schedule food and beverage staff
- Monitor budgets, labor, and expenses for profitability
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards
- Review financial reports and implement cost control and revenue growth strategies
