Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or convenience store
- Experience in general management preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license
- Current food handler’s permit
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years of leadership experience
- Restaurant General Manager experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Positive attitude and passion for food and service
- Experience with high volume drive-thru operations
- Valid driver’s license and food handler’s permit
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant activities and support crew
- Train, coach, and guide team members to ensure high performance
- Guarantee excellent customer service and quickly resolve guest concerns
- Ensure food safety standards and maintain restaurant cleanliness
- Manage labor costs, budgeting, and cash deposits
- Foster a positive work environment aligned with company values
