With a keen focus on cultivating a supportive and inspiring work environment, Four Seasons ensures that its employees are empowered to provide the highest standards of hospitality.
The Four Seasons Hotel Washington, DC, where this opportunity is based, is located at the gateway to Georgetown, one of the nation’s most vibrant and historic neighborhoods. Situated near key institutions and iconic monuments, this location merges the city’s social, cultural, and political hubs, creating a dynamic environment that caters to influential global leaders and industry pioneers. The hotel embodies timeless luxury with modern amenities such as an elite private fitness club, indulgent spa offerings, and dining experiences helmed by Michelin-starred chef Michael Mina.
Currently, Four Seasons is inviting applications for the position of Assistant General Manager for their Bourbon Steak Restaurant & Bar. This role demands a proactive and enthusiastic leader with a passion for food and beverage operations and a commitment to upholding the brand’s culture and standards. Candidates should hold a college degree, preferably in hotel or restaurant management, and possess a flexible schedule capable of accommodating overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts. Compensation for this role ranges between $85,000 and $95,000 annually.
