Currently, Four Seasons is inviting applications for the position of Assistant General Manager for their Bourbon Steak Restaurant & Bar. This role demands a proactive and enthusiastic leader with a passion for food and beverage operations and a commitment to upholding the brand’s culture and standards. The Assistant General Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the General Manager by overseeing the restaurant's daily operations, including selecting, training, evaluating, and leading a diverse team of talented individuals. Key to the role is fostering a positive and engaging work environment, recognizing team members’ contributions, maintaining excellent guest relations, and handling special requests or concerns efficiently.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of two years’ experience in restaurant operations and demonstrate strong leadership abilities. The role requires visibility on the floor, excellent communication skills, and an ability to promote the establishment’s positive public image. Candidates should hold a college degree, preferably in hotel or restaurant management, and possess a flexible schedule capable of accommodating overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts. Compensation for this role ranges between $85,000 and $95,000 annually.
