Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalency required
  • Prefer 2 years of restaurant management experience
  • ServSafe certified or able to obtain within 90 days
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Commitment to excellence in friendly service
  • Ability to work up to 55 hours per week
  • Ability to stand or walk for long periods
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to tolerate changes in temperature and frequent hand immersion
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to manage and motivate team
  • Familiarity with restaurant operations and safety protocols

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Manage hourly employees including conducting performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline
  • Review applications, interview, and make recommendations to hire hourly employees
  • Observe kitchen operations and address issues promptly
  • Direct work schedules and assign tasks before, during, and after open hours
  • Drive sales and guest satisfaction while managing costs and inventory
  • Ensure food quality through cleanliness, organization, and sanitation
  • Execute the CHARM Service Model with every guest
  • Provide and schedule front and back of house training
  • Supervise food and beverage preparation according to standards
  • Follow operations playbook for consistent daily operations
  • Use digital manager logbook for communication
  • Enforce security measures for employee and guest safety
  • Manage weekly inventory of food, supplies, and liquor
  • Practice safe food handling procedures
  • Adhere to company policies and regulations
  • Ensure equipment is properly maintained
  • Manage operational processes including line checks and food safety
  • Coach team on recipe specifications and presentation
  • Maintain valid food safety and compliance certifications
  • Implement new initiatives and menu rollouts
  • Live the company core values daily
