Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or GED
Must be polite, reliable, patient, hard-working and ethical
Excellent communication skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Problem-solving skills are a must
Food handler’s certification is preferred
Pizza experience is a plus

Job Duties

Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the store runs smoothly
Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their inquiries or concerns
Train new employees on store policies, procedures, and product knowledge
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Make pizza and other food items up to quality standards
Perform opening and closing duties
Oversee the work of all staff members
Assist with training and mentoring new employees
