Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year restaurant or retail experience
  • Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training
  • Proven track record of successful hiring and retention
  • ServeSafe certified
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays
  • Expected to work a minimum of 50 hours per week

Job Duties

  • Guide team members and shift leaders to complete duties and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner
  • Schedule and deploy team members, monitor performance and hold accountable
  • Ensure fast and friendly customer service
  • Maintain point of sale system and report system failures
  • Ensure health and safety standards are met
  • Build cross-functional relationships and resolve employee issues
  • Manage profit and loss by analyzing financial statements and adjusting operations
