The Assistant General Manager role at Smalls Sliders is a full-time position pivotal to the daily operations and overall success of the restaurant. - Leads Quickserve Hospitality, LLC- Smalls Sliders quality and safety standards through proper cooking procedures, product calls, temp logs, and waste management
- Accepts payments from guests and makes change correctly
- Explains menu and answer product questions for all guests
