Job Requirements

  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • At least 2 years of hotel experience or a college degree
  • Prior experience in a similar role or a combination of education and hospitality experience

Job Qualifications

  • College degree or equivalent experience
  • Prior hotel management or assistant general manager experience preferred
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Effective communication skills in English
  • Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple departments
  • Experience with budget management and operational oversight

Job Duties

  • Provide vital support to the hotel General Manager to ensure smooth and efficient operations and exceptional guest experiences
  • Oversee various hotel departments on a daily basis
  • Assist with budget management and financial oversight
  • Resolve guest issues and complaints promptly
  • Report directly to the General Manager
  • Facilitate a culture of excellence among staff and promote team performance
