The Assistant Hotel Manager must monitor budget variances closely, implement corrective actions, and ensure expenses align with company policies and budgets.

Guest satisfaction is a core focus, with the Assistant Hotel Manager managing employees to deliver outstanding service and addressing any guest complaints promptly and personally to ensure resolution. They are responsible for training staff on guest service techniques, handling difficult guests, and maintaining satisfactory guest satisfaction survey scores. Job Qualifications

  • associate's degree in hotel/restaurant management or business is a plus
  • equivalent experience in hotel management
  • minimum of 2 years in a hotel general manager or related management role
  • knowledge of hotel management and operations
  • effective oral and written communication skills
  • good analytical and decision-making ability
