This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to USD 90,000 per year, reflecting the level of expertise and commitment required.

As an Assistant General Manager, you will play a critical leadership role by overseeing the training, recruiting, and development of staff members, including both front and back-of-house teams. You will assist in financial management tasks, such as preparing statements and monitoring costs, all while fostering an environment where exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction are paramount. You will manage day-to-day shifts, ensuring operational efficiency and a welcoming atmosphere that aligns with the high standards of The Oakville Grill & Cellar.

This role demands a proactive and detail-oriented individual capable of addressing guest and employee concerns with tact and professionalism. You will also handle inventory control, supply orders, and quality inspections, ensuring that the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently. The position requires flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and possibly multiple sites. Additionally, occasional travel may be required.

Working at The Oakville Grill & Cellar means joining a culinary-driven company committed to nurturing unique perspectives and fostering diverse talents. The company values its people and offers career-long training, growth opportunities, and a suite of comprehensive benefits.
