Job Requirements

- One plus years experience leading, motivating or developing others or US Military Service
- Ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs

Job Duties
- Take action first by leading internal functions including employee training, food safety, and inventory management
- Be results oriented by delegating tasks effectively to team members and reporting results
- Lead the experience by supporting the General Manager to achieve restaurant performance and quality standards
- Supervise food quality, safety, cost, and new menu items in the kitchen
- Hire, train, and schedule restaurant staff to meet sales and profit goals
- Deliver a memorable guest experience by ensuring all staff is trained and organizing key service areas
- Partner with restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient operations
