Job Duties

  • lead employee training in food safety and inventory management
  • delegate tasks to team members and report results
  • support the general manager to achieve restaurant performance and quality standards
  • supervise kitchen operations focusing on food quality, safety, cost, and introducing new menu items
  • hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals
  • ensure delivery of memorable guest experiences through staff training and service area organization
  • partner with the restaurant team to maintain safe and efficient operations
