Job Duties
- Manage daily operations including front office, housekeeping, and maintenance
- recruit, train, schedule, and mentor staff to enhance performance
- ensure high service standards and resolve difficult guest complaints promptly
- monitor expenses, control labor costs, and assist with budgeting to maximize profit
- conduct regular property inspections to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- have an understanding of revenue management
